Hotel Room Block:
AHF has secured a special room rate of $154 plus taxes/night for our attendees to stay at the beautiful Westin Kierland Resort & Spa. Based on availability, attendees can also take advantage of the Kierland’s junior suites and one-bedroom executive and parlor suites. AHF has arranged deeply discounted rates for these suites, $249 plus tax/night for junior suites, and $349 plus tax/night for one-bedroom or parlor suites.
Our room rate will be extended to 3 (three) days before and after the conference, so be sure to bring the family and take advantage of all Scottsdale has to offer! Hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please contact the hotel for special check-in and check-out times.
Attendees will also enjoy complimentary internet in hotel rooms, 24 hour access to the hotel fitness center, and complimentary access to the hotel pool and lazy river. Access for the FlowRider Wave Simulator may be at additional cost.

Air Travel
Attendees should plan to fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) which is a quick 30 minute drive from downtown Scottsdale and the Kierland Resort & Spa. Attendees can either rent a car, take Uber or Lyft, or ride share shuttle, or private shuttles/cars.
United Airlines is pleased to offer discounted airfares of 2% to 10% off published fares for your travel to the AHF 2019 Annual Conference. Car Rentals
The Rental Car Center accommodates all airport rental car companies, their rental counters and vehicles. If you are planning to rent a car at PHX Sky Harbor, be sure to make a reservation. Vehicles are limited for walk-up customers. Further information can be found here.

Getting Around Scottsdale
The Kierland is a short 9 miles from downtown Scottsdale. Once downtown, attendees can easily walk around Old Town from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Attendees can also hop on a bike and take a ride around the city.
The free Scottsdale trolley shuttles visitors around the downtown area. At night, you can hop from venue to venue in oversize street-legal golf carts equipped with LEDs and sound systems, where the drivers work for tips. Learn more about the Old Town Shuttle golf carts here.
