A successful program can turn industry hopefuls into future employees.

Before the next generation of foodservice leaders can get to work, they need to be shown the ropes (and the trays and the menu calendars). A summer internship program is a great way to introduce them to noncommercial foodservice. Here are a few things to keep in mind.
