The next upcoming Southern Wisconsin AHF Chapter meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 8th and will be hosted by ProHealth Care – Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital in Oconomowoc. The meeting room location will be in the Conference Center which is located beside the 791 Bistro dining room. The hospital’s address is 791 Summit Avenue in Oconomowoc. Registration will be from 8 to 8:30am with the first presentation scheduled to kick-off at8:30am. The meeting should wrap-up around 2:30pm.
We hope you will be able to attend as we have great line-up of presentations for the meeting. Topics that will be presented are:
- Sanitation – Terms and Meanings
- Thickened Liquids – The What, When and How
- Wisconsin Department of Health – What to expect from an inspection in your retail operations.
- Retail Branding – How to increase customer traffic and revenue in addition to maximizing space and utilize technology.
During lunch we will share updates from the National Association, hear updates from our local members that attended the national annual conference in Washington, D.C. and review the upcoming years’ worth of scheduled meetings while still providing time for group sharing and networking.
There have been 5 CEU’s submitted to ANFP for approval with 2 CEU’s for sanitation.

We realize that we still have a number of local members that have yet renew for the 2017-18 year. We will keep the “early registration” offer intact through the date of the November 8th meeting.
If you have decided you would like to attend the meeting but not join for the entire year the cost to attend this meeting will be; $25 for Operators, Educators and Retirees; $10 for Students and $50 for Business Partners.
