Meet Your Panelists

Brian Dixson, Geisinger Health

Brian_Dixson_400pixels.jpgBrian is a Regional Foodservice Manager with Geisinger, an 8-hospital health system located throughout central/northeast Pennsylvania. He has responsibilities over five hospitals, including one scheduled to open late fall 2021. Brian’s role focuses on driving positive culture and engagement, elevating staff growth and training, resource management, along with implementing and monitoring new foodservice programs and services. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Culinary Arts from the Pennsylvania College of Technology and a M.B.A. from Bloomsburg University. Brian was the 2020 AHF Future Horizon Award winner and a 2020 Foodservice Director Magazine Rising Star. Brian has been a member of AHF since 2016, served on the board of directors for the Philadelphia-South Jersey chapter of AHF, managed their social media accounts, and is currently serving as the president-elect. Brian also is currently serving on the AHF Editorial Advisory Board.


Gina Feasby, Adams Health Network

Gina has been the Director of Nutritional Services for Adams Health Network, a critical access hospital and Senior Living system located in Northeast Indiana, since 2017. Her broad food service experience inside and outside healthcare has helped Gina impact financial oversight and master planning for her organization. Gina has strengthened relationships with the interdisciplinary teams and improved the patient and resident experience. Gina has volunteered at Erin’s House for Grieving Children in Fort Wayne, Indiana as a peer facilitator since 2009, where she has received the Healing Hearts award. She feels giving back to the community is a strong component of her leadership skills. Gina is an active member of the Association for Healthcare Foodservice, having served on several national committees and is currently serving as the Hoosier chapter president.


Julie Jones, Ruck Shockey Associates, Moderator

Julie serves as the Director of Performance Learning for Ruck Shockey Associates, a healthcare operational consulting firm. She uses her experience developing individual leaders and teams creating learning and skill development activities for operational leaders. She is energized by leadership development and career evolution, her career second act after spending 30 years in healthcare foodservice leadership at Ohio State’s Wexner Medical Center. Julie has served as President the Association for Healthcare Foodservice was awarded the IFMA Silver Plate for Healthcare Foodservice in 2015.
