One of healthcare foodservice’s biggest challenges is retaining and motivating staff. At the heart of this crisis is the culture of our workplace. How do we cultivate positive relationships? What can we do to motivate and reward our staff for excellence on the job? What makes for a healthy work environment in which staff feels they are an essential part of a fully functional team?

Join us for a webinar that will help you devise a strategy for forming and retaining a positive and motivated work force. What are the core factors that will create this environment? How will you attract and select the best workers? How do you define your best caregivers and retain them?

     Topics will include:

    ·       Creating a Culture of Attraction, Accomplishment, and Kindness
