Dear Members,
As you know, AHF and our Benchmarking Committee have been diligently working to build out and implement a brand new Benchmarking Express software. We continue to finalize our new system.
As of today August 1, 2019, our previous system is offline and you cannot enter new data or access the system. Your data will be automatically uploaded by our team into the new software and available to you on September 1st.
Once our new system is online you will be able to enter any data for periods you missed during our brief intermission - so please collect your data as you normally would for entry into the benchmarking software on September 1st.
A Preview of New Features
We are excited to explore and expand our Benchmarking Program with you and know you will enjoy the added features and enhancements it will have to offer. Here are a few important things to know:
- Easy sign-on - All institutions will use the same username and password as your AHF membership
- System-Level Access - Our new system can customize your access. If you are a system administrator, we will customize your profile so you can see and access the data from all your facilities. Your facility directors will still have separate access to enter data for their location only.
- Multi-User Access - Add as many users as you like (they must be AHF Members). Their access can be set to "view only" depending on your preference.
- Training - We will host 2 webinars per month for the first three months to help orient you. Look for the "?" throughout for guides and tips as you move through the system.
- Set-Up Support Calls - You can also schedule support calls with our new provider to make sure your profile and system are set up properly.
- Data Uploads - You will upload data using an excel template as you have done previously OR you can opt to pay for our enhanced uploader. We will build a customized upload function to import your institution's data as it is provided to you rather than having to conform your data into our import template.
- Annual Report - Each year, and upon first entry, you will complete your facility profile. This data can be used to compare yourself against other facilities for a 30,000 ft. benchmark.
Not a Current Benchmarker?
Signing up and getting started will be simple in our upgraded system. You will simply log in using your membership credentials and your profile will be automatically created. Then use the help document/screen or email us to get an orientation. We cannot stress enough the value of benchmarking your facility against your peers. Best of all – AHF offers this incredibly robust benefit FREE to our valued operator members! Let us elevate your reporting and analysis and improve your operations.
