On April 14th AHF held it's 2nd Virtual Town Hall on COVID-19. The town hall provided an overview of COVID-19’s impact on Healthcare (Acute Care and Senior Living). Participants heard from AHF Senior Dining Operator, Eric Eisenberg on what challenges he's seen and overcome. Kelsey Nash Editor-in-Chief of FoodService Director Magazine provided an overview of the foodservice industry as a whole and 2020 projections. Operators in both acute care and senior living joined to share their perspectives and insights.

Don't Forget to Benchmark!
AHF's robust Benchmarking EXPRESSTM  program is free to all operator members. Members can add in data from missed months so that you can have a clear look at your data trends from 2020 and compare yourselves against your peers. Now is the time to benchmark with AHF.

AHF's Benchmarking program can serve as a much-needed extension of your staff team and give you critical insight and data points to share with administrators looking to see how you have been impacted and how you measure against the AHF community in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Contact AHF staff if you need help or have questions: benchmarking@healthcarefoodservice.org.

Thank you to our dedicated Benchmarking Sponsor Gordon Food Service.
